Military Deployment Survival 101

Part A:

Be intentional about planning time for yourself. Social time. With other adults.

(note: if you are a mom of more than one child, you earn yourself more minutes of social time)

(note: if you are a teacher of middle school students, you earn even more minutes of social time)

Hire a good babysitter (aka Grandma) who will watch the kids at the drop of a hat and who doesn't mind dozing on your couch if you don't meet your curfew.

Repeat as often as needed.
