Heidi: I'm Heidi. I'll be the first to admit it: I don't have this gig all figured out. The number of days that I mess up far outnumber the days when I have it all together. But I try to find the beauty in every day, no matter what. More than anything, I love my husband. His time in the Marine Corps has provided more than the fair share of ups and downs, but we are who we are today because of it. My four girls have my heart. I couldn't think of a better adventure to be on than the one that makes me their Mom. And call me crazy, but I also love being a middle school teacher. It takes a weird breed of people to want to be around teenagers every day, but it is my happy place. This is me. Musing about my life....
